Method
Pat steak dry. Toss with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle cornstarch and toss again; drizzle with oil to coat. - Air Fryer: 400°F (205°C), cook in a single layer 6–8 minutes, shaking once, until internal temp reaches 130–145°F.
- Melt butter in a small pan with garlic until fragrant. Stir in parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
Toss cooked steak nuggets with garlic butter (and hot honey, if using). Rest 3 minutes and serve.
