- 4 cucumber slices

–4 fresh mint leaves 200 ml soda water 1 tsp maple syrup optional, low FODMAP
Method
- 1. Muddle mint leaves gently in a glass.
- 2. Add cucumber slices.
- 3. Pour in soda water.
- 4. Stir in maple syrup if desired.
- 5. Serve chilled over ice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of blueberry lemon syrup.
