- 2 cups crushed cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 qt vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 qt strawberry ice cream softened
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
- 1 edible Labubu topper or toy optional
Method
- 1. Mix crushed cookies and butter; press into springform pan.
- 2. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- 3. Spread softened vanilla ice cream. Freeze 30 minutes.
- 4. Add strawberry ice cream layer. Freeze another 30 minutes.
- 5. Top with whipped cream and decorations.
- 6. Freeze overnight before serving.
