Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, chopped bell peppers, and corn.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
