1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can. - 1 cup broth (chicken or beef)
Seasonings
- 2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper - 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like thyme or rosemary)
Method
Preparation
- Place the meat at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic on top of the meat.
- Layer the sliced carrots and diced potatoes over the onions and garlic.
- Pour the can of diced tomatoes and broth over everything.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and herbs on top.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the meat is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the meat and mix everything together before serving.
