Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for the best flavor.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess.
- Grill or bake the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
