1.5 pounds chuck or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes - 4 tablespoons butter Softened

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
Preparation
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Place the steak cubes into the crockpot. Pour the beef broth over the steak, then dollop the garlic butter mixture evenly on top. Gently stir to distribute but leave some pockets of butter.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours without lifting the lid.
- After cooking, gently stir to coat the steak bites in the sauce. Adjust salt and pepper if needed. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.

Notes
For serving, the steak bites go great over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley for added color. To store leftovers, let cool completely, transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
