For the Chicken
- 8 pieces chicken drumsticks
Use fresh or thawed.
For the Sauce
- 1 packet brown gravy packet
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 medium yellow onion (sliced)
- 1 medium
bell pepper (sliced)
Seasonings
- to taste seasoned salt
to taste onion powder - to taste garlic powder
- to taste Italian seasoning
- to taste black pepper
Method
Preparation
- In the crockpot, combine water, brown gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, sliced bell peppers, and onions.
- Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the mixture and season with seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
Serving
- Serve the tender chicken and sauce over rice or your favorite noodles.

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze for longer storage. Consider adding other vegetables for variety.
