Chocolate Coating
- Once the clusters are frozen, melt the chocolate by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the mixture in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating.
- Place each chocolate-coated cluster back on the prepared baking sheet, optionally sprinkling with sea salt.
- Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to let the chocolate harden.
